ePortfolio Proposal and Rubric

I began thinking about my ePortfolio about half way through the MET program. As a writer, I thought it would be an excellent way to demonstrate my writing skills. I had no idea how much I would gain from the process of creating it but now I see its value as tenfold.
After writing my first draft, I added a timeline and rubric which I had forgotten to include. I was grateful for the suggestions of others.
My audience includes those interested in educational technology and those interested in hiring me.
